April 27 – Jacqueline Horner-Kwiatek premiered Latte, an art song with lyrics by Lisa Pegram, at Georgetown University’s Davis Performing Arts Center.
On the same day, Maryland percussionist Tim McKay premiered my new percussion piece Tres Leches at Howard Community College in Columbia, MD. It was amazing to have two totally different premieres of totally different pieces on the same day and for them both to receive absolutely excellent performances!
